[Resolved] Airtel — Frequent Disconnection and Slow Speed Internet | |||
Hi, I was a customer of Airtel for the past 6 years, but now i'm facing lots of issues in their service. I'm using airtel broadband service with the speed of 1Mbps with DSL usage limit of 50 GB. But there was a frequent disconnection since from 29th of Jan, I called so many times to airtel customer care, they are just giving me reason not trying to resolve the issue. Here is some of the Complaints numbers Jan[protected], Feb[protected], Feb[protected], Feb[protected], Feb[protected], Mar[protected], Mar[protected] For the past one month I'm just getting the speed of 300kbps instead of 1Mbps, Now they are saying I might have reached the Fair usage policy. Just think, Is it possible to utilize 50 GB of data in just 18 days of time with a 256kbps speed internet? I'm a technical guys so I know how much data transfer will be there? I need a solution for my problem, and I want the details of DSL usage. Need an immediate reply..... Was this information helpful? | |||
