Airtel — Message limit is below 100

My name is Sundar Kumar...my phone number is [protected]....I ve recharged for Rs.49(sms booster) last month....eventhough there is 100 messages/day restriction....i can send only 75 messages per day....this is the problem...if i try to contact airtel customer care or complaint hot line....no response is given in return....please help me
