[Resolved] Airtel — Disconnection of [protected] | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, [protected] A.Sivaramakrishnan The above number is been used by me for more than 5 years in your network. I had a problem in your billing and due to that LPC has been charged in Aug 10. I made complaint for the same and same has been waived in Sep 10 and i have made Rs.190 as a payment on 20-Sep-10 and requested for Disconnection in your Pondy Airtel Office which is not Actioned. Again when i went and enquired they replied we have forwarded & requested to speak to Customer Care Executive from the Hotline in the Airtel Relationship Centre. I spoke to your executive and request has been taken and Retention Executive from Airtel called up for retention and i request to De-activate the number same is been done on 8th Nov 10. When i called the number [protected] it said "Number is Doesnot Exists". So i confirmed myself that the number is been De-activated but to my surprise i have been receiving the bill from Dec 10. When i enquired about the issue in Airtel Showroom Pondy they said number is been Re-activated on 30-No-10 with the customer request in Nile Communication. Regarding the Re-activation without customer request letter how can Nile Communication can re-activate the number and also without collecting the O/s for the Mobile number [protected]. Kindly De-activate my number immediately and take neccessary action on the Nile Communication for their Improper Service. The outstanding amount is only the Rental amount has been charged.
