This is bhanu chander s/o J. Raju, i have took the simwith one year incomming payable amount is 398 Ruppes. my mobile no. is [protected] my out going calls was barred since from 9 days, i consult the person who has given me the sim, but their is no response & correct answer with him. Because of my brother suggestion i selected the airtel sim but at the initial period only i am facing problem, i hope my problem will be rectified Was this information helpful? | |

I want to some knowledge about airtel. Because last 1 month some person threating me on my father cell phone. I want to know that can you block that person number. please if possible u block this no. [protected] please...

They charge a lot i have switched to TATA and now my bill is down to 50% from 2000 it is now 600

My mobile no. is [protected]. I have taken GPRS service. The monthly subscription is Rs.249/-. On 24/11/2008 Rs.498/- was deducted. Apparently, GPRS suscription was deducted twice. I raised the matter with the Customer Care immediately on 121. Finally a Customer Care Executive came on the line after looking into the matter he admitted that Rs.249/- extra was deucted. He further assured that the money will be credited back in my account within 24 hours. Nothing has been done till date. I have been sending more than ten messasges every day on 121 but to no avail. I have complained to the ombudsman also at his e-mail. But again it has been of no use. Do something and credit back Rs.249/-.

i dhiraj shrivastava(R.F Engineer) fed up frm last 25 days wid the irresponsible behaviour of aietel customer care.my cell no is [protected] .i surfed on 18, 19, 20 nov, & without any down loading, charges were deducted frm my account without any proper information.i called customer care, they gave me the complaint no.which is 9194700.they committed to soive my problem & give back my credit within 24 hrs.& also stopped my customer care & executive call. on 28 nov they further. deducted 10 rs. frm my account without any surfing .due to this i became mentally depressed & i continuously tried 4 customer care but call did not connect.after some days i used my friends mobile no. ([protected]) regarding the same problem, on 09 dec customer care gave me another complaint no.[protected] &they comitted again to give my money within 06 hrs .but i didnt get my money.after that they also stopped my friends customer fascility.after that i bought a new sim card &called to the customer care.after three time comitment, they gave back my money.
sir i m an engineer by proffession. now u think that if i(engineer)faced these problems so wat will happen with the general people.i think this just like a robbery.so i m requesting to u to open a airtel consumer forum in respective cities.so that we could be able to complainagainstcustomer care.

I have applied for Migration of post pad to pre paid on 13 Dec 2008. I have submmited the form to Rama Devi. But still it not get migrated.
I have given two calls to Airtel office [protected]. They said that it we be done today (19/12/08).
But they have not migrated.
I have contact to Rama devi in Begam per Airtel offive opposite to Begum per posice station ( 23/12/08).

We are completely dissatisfied with Airtel service and customer relations. There has been abuse in the Billing process. We have duly informed this to your people, but with out any proper response from them. SO I surrendered my sim card on 9.10.2008 after paying the last Bill amounted Rs.2.456. (Bill Number:[protected] dated 25 September 2008). They informed me that there will be another Bill (eventhough we stopped using AIrtel long back) for the remaining month. Bt whne the Bill came I was shocked. It was for Rs. 4366. It is impossible. But I overlooked and wanted to pay the amount. When I approached the office, they told mne that we have to pay extra Rs. 600. HOW CAN THERTE WILL BE ADDITIONAL BILLS AFTER SURRENDERING THE SIM CARD. IS AIRTEL TRYING TO ROB POOR PEOPLE?????????? i have sony ericsson k220i mobile model and i can not have airtel live support for this model when i ask about this proble in custemer care they said cahnge your phone now this is not solution of my problem so take action about this problem other wise airtel will lose his custemers

my AIR TEL Prepaid no is [protected] and SIM No HLR-2 [protected] its lifetime and I had recharge with 200 also, they have already call me for verification of address and documents and its continue in use and without any notice or call they have disconnect my mobile no and Mobile shows SIM Registration Failed

I am having a harrowing experience with airtel and their customer care.I have been having a horrible time for the last 4 months complaining after complaining about the your sevices and .imatch series and india I every time faced big problem in u r sites so u please look at the matter and i hope u give reply on my mail id, my mobile no is [protected], and we have to rush outside to attend a call. Airtel Mobile — Undue harassement for payment
I have made the payment for the month of December, 2008 By Cheqque. Yet, the empoyees of the company are harassing by saying that please make the payment otherwise your coneection will be disconnected fortthwith.They are not checking thier records and constantly harassing the bonafide customers. I am using three nos, Aircel connection from last six months but I have faced lot of problem from your end.
Dated 19/01/09 at 8.35 PM I have send A SMS to another Aircel no. ([protected] to [protected]).
After sending that SMS I have seen one rupee deducted from my balance.
I have send that SMS because my SMS balance was 150 nos.
after deducting my balance I have spoke one of your CC Executive.Mr.. Tomojit Sarkar.
at 8.40 PM he Very rudely answered me your SMS validity has been expired.
Then I asked him ...
I didn't received any Message from your end & till now 150 nos, SMS showing on my balance.
I have again asked him Is it a my fault ?
He replied me very poorly...
Your SMS balance was expired that's, enough...

It Is Our internal problem.
If It is your internal problem, being a Consumer why I will suffer this kinds of problem..
My observation is This type of Customer care Officer can be lost your organizations reputation
So, Its Is my Request to you Please Deactivate My all three connection as soon as possible.

I am also using A vodafone connection last 5 year, till date I did not faced a single problem.
I need early action from your end.
