dear sir/madam,

i am an airtel prepaid customer. my cell no. is [protected]. I recharged with E recharge for 150 on 8 march 2010 at 2:12 pm .transaction id[protected]. My balance has not increased although it says recgarge successful. please look into it immediately.

With immediate effect pl. you will arrange stop for sending any type of Games & Sport, Company, Astrology etc. SMS in my mobile no. [protected] through any unknown number or without my consent.
Such o[censored]nknown numbers are given below from where I am always receiving SMS without my consent or any agreement with you.
The numbers are - 54321, 5432103
Receiving such SMS I am very much facing huge monetary loss due to unwanted this type of SMS(s).
If you don't help me then I will be bound to disconnect your line.
Pl. take action and reply me immediately.

Dear Airtel Customer Care,

Please de-activate a horoscope subscription which I do not need. Yesterday I received an SMS stating that I have been selected for some horoscope service for which Rs 30/- have been deducted from my account.

However, I am least ineterested in any such service and request you to please de-activate the same (as I never opetd for it). Please revert back Rs 30/- that you have deducted from my account for this purpose.

This is to inform you that I have applied for the above Postpaid Airtel DSL line on 2nd June, 2010 under “Browser 699” Scheme(Unlimited) by payment of Rs.1, 000/- (Rupees One thousand only) by Cash under your Form/Receipt No. TK[protected]Form C3) towards “One time hardware charges & Installation charges” through your representative Mr. Mahesh Singh ([protected]) and the same has been installed on 5th June, 2010 at my above premises.

But it is regretted to note that today on 15/06/10 I have received your Bill No.[protected] dtd. 9th June, 2010 for Rs.601=25 for the period 08/05/10 to 07/06/10 wherein you have again charged Rs.500/- towards installation charges. Please note that when I have already paid installation charges then why I will again pay the same. I think your billing department has wrongly charged the same. It is very much disappointed the very first bill against the above Airtel line is made wrong.

As such you are requested to kindly look into the matter immediately and rectify the above bill and send me a fresh Bill to enable me to deposit the exact figure within its due date.

Your kind co-operation in this regard will be highly appreciated.
