[Resolved]  Airtel Customer Care - Kolkata — Airtel Customer care failed from service

I have call airtel customer care 121 many many time but no ans.

i totally agree that 121 no. doesn't work. air tel deduct money from the phone balance like anything. when you ask them for proof they are not able to do so. don't know what happen with air tel that they are stealing money from mobile balance in a regular basis
i am an air-tel prepaid customer, my cell is no.[protected] . i called at customer care on 3rd Jun e 2012 at about 12.26 pm, when i inquiry about air-tel new offer regarding low call rate recharge the customer care executive informed me about Rs. 99 recharge where A to A 500 min. calla free and A to Other NUMERS 500min. local calls free validity for 14 days . so as to the above fact i recharged with Rs. 99 but Air-tel is deducting my balance when i am making call to other number AS I AM GETTING THE FACILITY OF AIRTEL TO OTHER NUMBER 500 MINUTES FREE CALL as per Air-tel Customer Care Executive instruction i recharged with Rs.99 on 3rd June 2012 at 12.23 P.M. transaction no.TxID [protected].
When i call back to customer care they are giving me different story as i had low balance so i could not continued to call because Air-tel charge 5op. from us as being customer of air-tel calling to customer care for help instead i have become victim of being cheat and harassment. .
as your C.C.Executive given me wrong information for that i am suffering . Please look into the matter immediately otherwise i will take legal action against AIRTEL . If it become necessary then i may file a case in Consumer Forum not only because of Rs. 99 and misleading, even also your non-cooperation with US -CUSTOMER...

i am an Airtel prepaid customer. my cell no. [protected]. my mobile screen shows altimeter offers if i click the ok button cut the 3/-
its come 5mints in every time. i take this number in 4 days before. my balance cutting. no need to un necessary messages in customer care to my mobile number please look into it immediately.

I have an airtel prepaid number ([protected]) which airtel has deactivate for non usage above 90 days without proper intimation.This information has been communicated by the customer care representatives feedback at Salt Lake City Center I office and there are no means to activate this number any more.But I need this number since in India everybody contacts me in this number.Request a solution for this since I am in a great mess without this number. I am an airtel prepaid customer with no [protected] . On 3rd July 2012 three months card for Rs 7/- was loaded for keeping the plan 6o paise per minute . However I have noticed that my calls are being charged at one rupee per minute . Why so ? In the past also similar incidents have happened with me . Is airtel interested in robbing prepaid customers ? Please redress my grievance .

I have tried to recharge my Airtel mobile [protected] using airtel online recharge portal of Rs 200. It showed that the transaction was complete and provided me a transaction id 137012 but I never recieved any confirmation sms on my mobile, niether did I get any balance in my mobile. I tried up calling the Customer care but it was of no help. I am attaching the screenshot of my transaction with this.

Hello i am Rameez i am an airtel prepaid customer. my cell no. is [protected].My whole family is using airtel connection from the begining when we started to go for mobile.I have recharge for RS.155 but i have not got any balance. On 09.10.2012 Customer care staff MR ASIM was saying that your sim became life time that why you did not get any talk time i told him that i asked retailer for full talk time of RS.155 Asim replied that tell your retailer to cancelled the previous transaction and asked him for new transaction.When i visit to retailer he told me that no recharge can be cancelled from here. Please talk to customer care for your recharge amount. I had made a call to Airtel customer care on 18.10.2012 around 12.50 pm i have told the matter to one of the executive but he was telling me that no recharge had happened for Rs.155 if the recharge will happened than you will get the message in your mobile for successful or unsuccessful.But when i was telling him that i had the message of recharge in my mobile i am telling you he does not bother to hold the line he cut the line. while talking to customer care a customer can hold the line but the executive cant? Than i have made the call again one lady staff had taken the call i told the matter again but she is also saying that no transaction is showing than she told me i am forwarding your call. The call has been forward but result again is same line cut off.
I am giving you the detail of that recharge.Recharge successful on 08.10.2012 at 01.52 PM. Talk time Rs.0.00, MRP Rs 155.00 PF:137.95, STax;Rs17.05, Txid [protected].
kindly do the needful so that i can get back my talk time.I hope the problem can be resolved immediately.
Airtel is a big fraud..without any reason they are deducting money for activating some useless offers/services. That too the customer care personnel is telling that they dont have anything to do regarding this. Airtel has became such a big brand now still they are playing these cheap games to earn revenues. Such a shame...

Sorry to say that my wife has used the Airtel cell connection i.e. "[protected]", on 25th Oct. 2012, we have recharged Rs. 11/- to avail 100 SMS service and after 6 days we have also received a message to stop this service send SMS to 121 & just type 'STOP'. We send this sms to stop the sms facility, but unfortunately today you have deducted Rs. 11/- also and we contact with the customer care, they said that she hasn't send any SMS. But the Outbox says that she send the said SMS.

Today morning they also deactivate this facility but the deduction Rs. 11/- has not refund.

Please look after this matter and send me a suitable reply regarding this.

I have tried recharging my Prepaid Mobile phone:[protected] for 3G data on 11/01/2012 with 250/- from my HDFC acc Ref:01 Nov 2012 POS [protected] BHARTI AIRTEL LI, But the recharge was not processed, so please make sure the amount is credited back to my account asap.

My mobile no is [protected]. I have rechaged with Rs. 97/- for inernet 2G before some days ago.I am staying kharagpur but my sim card is of kolkata. the speed of internet is very slow which is very difficult for work. so, i want to transfer it from 2G to 3G. kindly, do it urgently and oblige.

I requested Airtel to discontinue my internet connection in Oct'12, they disconnected the connection wef 5th Nov'12. But till date (i.e Feb'13) they are continuing to bill me everymonth (even though connection has been disconnected). I have emailed them more than 15 times in the last 3-4 months, spoken to customer care for similar number of times but stil no resolution. Last week they even sent someone home, who admitted airtel's mistake but still insisted that i pay the bills (at negotiated lower amount) otherwise Airtel will continue to harass me!
Such pathetic is the situation with airtel now that they have resorted to blackmail and threats!!!
