Deduction of balance
Hi,
this is kamal..i have been using the airtel since 3 months...and i have activated 2G services for apple iphone..still i am having the Data about 1gb in my hand stilll the balance is deducting automatically when i surf net..i have complained lot of times to customer care but no use with them..bloody hell i just quit the airtel and i switched to another service.
do not go for airtel..and also they charge more service tax when you top up your mobile..with prepaid.

My Airtel prepaid mobile no is 9740930272 in Bangalore, Karnataka.
I got some mssages written below after that my a/c balance is Rs. 0.00
I complained to customer care of Airtel and they assured that my problenm will be resolved within 24hr. and they will contact me but till now nothing happened.

I am Ramanan.My Airtel number is 8971572586.I use airtel for the past two months. On 27/02/2011 sunday evening, I e-charge(top-up) Rs 150 for my mobile and then activate internet for Rs 98.Amont top-up for me is Rs 135, for internet deduction amount is 130.
For Rs 150 -amount top up is Rs 135
I select internet plan for Rs 98 but amount taken from my account is 130.
More over i can't able to speak with customer care executive. I need a solution for my problem. Already i sent a mail to customer care but there is no response.
I feel Airtel is best in customer satisfaction,but when a problem arise,Now i analyse airtel needs improvement in customer satisfaction. i hope fully need a positive result

main airtel ka niyamit grahak hun. Main airtel ki gprs mobile internet seva ke saath judaa huaa hun. Lekin mujhe baar baar balance deduction ki takleef ho rahi hai mera airtel no-09730322239 hai.aur gprs service activate hai phir bhi coustomer care wale call desconnect kar dete hai aur thik se information bhi nahi de rahe please help me sir.

Dear sir,
1- I have issue regarding my deduction of balance for our airtel main account at the time between when stop my all service (outgoing and incoming ) ,when stop my service that time I have main account bal is + 7 rs and automatic deduct near about 5 rs .kinldy look in to matter .
2- as per our talk with your customer care when i was Switch my operator he commit us you will give fist two month give 100 sms and your A2A call charges 1p 2sec , but it is not getting. Kindly look in to matter I have also register complain regarding same issues but still pending
3- Last on my no is 9329967194 but these number not connect with your customer care number (9893098930 ,121 and 198 ) kindly explain why do this.
I hope resolve my issue as soon as possible and I will awaited your positive response.

I have been using Airtel for last 5 years but never have been cheated like this. Previously it was working as 1ps per 1 sec. But since last 10/15 days it is working as 1rupee per 1 min. More interestingly when I am calling customer care it is guiding step by step & finally in last step it is listened something like this "THANK YOU FOR CALLING US" & the call is ended. Some of my friends are also facing the same problem.
Great Idea AIRTEL for cheating!!!

Deducted an amount of Rs.120/- on 27/03/2011 charging the hello tune for 6 months, wheareas I have not informing to customer service of Airtel to activate the hellotune. They have simply deducted the amount without my knowledge. I gave many complaints on customer care but no response. Again on 16/05/2011 Rs.15 charged for same Hello Tune for monthly charges.
You are requested to arrange to return the same amount.
You are also requested to stop them to do this type of activity & arrange to deactivated my hello tune.

I took a airtel recharge of Rs.98 for free browsing. But yesterday morning while browsing, balance was deducted from my main balance instead of dedicated balance. I called up custumer care complaint at 198 and they said it was because of browsing through airtel live instead of doing the same from mobile office. i agreed to it and they gave me mobile office settings so that no further balnce would be deducted.. but again my main balance started getting deducted and when i again called them up they again repied it was beacuse of browsig through airtel live but actually it was through mobile office only....
It is not the first time they are doing all these stuffs. they regularly do this and whenever they are called up they put me on hold for 20-25mints. minimum....
Deduction of my balnce was for around 30 rs.
Dont know what to do now.....

Respected sir,
I have an airtel mobile number(9717429825) and have been deducted 500 rupees without any reason.
And moreover was given totally wrong information by the airtel costumer care.Someone said that your money has not been deducted and someone said that it has been deducted in a call and the other that it was deducted while using internet.
This is not the first time airtel doing any such thing.
I just wanna ask the airtel people that takin small amount of money from citizens makes them rich,are they so in trouble.
Almost evryone using airtel i know is suffering with this problem.
I therefore request Bharti Group to look into the matter.

I had recharged with Rs 149 ( 2gb - 30 days validity ) plan of airtel on 22 Sep 2011 at around 10:30 pm, Transaction Id 772391144. My main balance was deducted with Rs 98 today 25th sep 2011. I called up 198 - complaint no and spoke to many people who are ill trained even to take up a complaint and give me a complaint number. One Mr Vishwajeet told me that I am lying and that I am on 98 plan, I fail to understand how Airtel can be so callous and have such ill trained people manning the complaint dept. I requested him to take up my complaint and give me a complaint number to which he declined. I was told that i was being put on to senior personnel and was put on hold and finally disconnected.
I am sure if Airtel would play such games in a country it will be sued in millions.

I am using Airtel connection with number 9872335090. Today i got the message from number 5432105003 with message that "Martimonials on mobile service has been renewed.You have have been charged rs. 3 for 3 days of service." and after some time company deducted rs 3 from my account although there was not even sufficient balance for this deduction. I have not send any request for that service. When i tried to call 198 i could not succeed. Please try to solve my problem.

Airtel is simply deducting my account balance (9901735068) for no reason . simply they are sending one message saying thata they have deducted sos and so money for subscribing some crap.So revert my money or will have to take some legal action.

I have a airtel prepaid sim and everyday rs 2 /- is getting deducted from my phone. i have not subscribed to any services but still amount is getting deducted everyday . this has going on for a month and i would like this issue to be resolved immediately .

My 30 rupees balance has been deducted from my no.8800324553*(airtel),and when i am calling to customer care then they are saying that you have activated" MITTI KE RANG SEWA" on 18th jan ,when i request them that i haven't activated because my phone is off since last 1 week.
Then they are saying sorry sir we can return your balance because this is not possible.
Can i know for what purpose you are activating this service as i have already register to DND service, so can can this is possible.
Please take necessary action regarding my issue.

I am Kamaraj and my mobile no is 9790824755.I activated Mini GPRS pack of Rs 5/day on 20.12.2012.
They deducted RS 5/ from my balance and sent an confirmation message for activation of the pack.But after some times I noticed they have charged Rs 100 for using internet.ie my balance got reduced from Rs 142 to Rs 42.When I called customer care no connection was made to speak with customer care representative.I am fed up with their service.I need my balance back.

Airtel has deducted Rs. 389/- from my account and after seeing this when I tried to contact the customer care executivities of Airtel,they were unable to give any proper reason.Infact 4 of them told 4 different reasons.And when I asked them to clarify they told that they are transferring the call to senior officials but I guess all their seniors were busy right then and did'nt attend my call.
