[Resolved]  Airtel, Delhi, India — Worst customer care service

On my number ([protected]), VAS PACK activated wothout taking permission from me and Rs 50 deducted for same. I called customer number care number of times. But stupid customer care not answer the activation reason. Somtimes there system is down , somtime their software is down. My experience is that "No response from the customer care and harassing the customer".

I called customer number care number several times. But stupid customer care not response me. Somtimes there system is down, somtime their software is down. My experience is that "No response from the customer care and harassing the customer". My mobile no.is [protected] & exp.date 2010 but suddenly my phone registration failed display . I already called 15-20 time till nothing response. I think AIRTEL Customer Care doing only FUN Not Duty.

i complained Before 1 year regarding this issue but the problem was not recovered till now
all the other networks are gud in indoor and as well as outdoor but only AIRTEL is
going very worst nowadays .I have been Using AIRTEL for the past 5Yrs .I Lost Many calls
due to poor network in Nellikuppam.Not only Myself having this problem all face this problem,
they just change their network.But i Don't Want To do tat so pls take further action without loosing
ur Valuable Customers.

Note :I Also Can Provide Space for tower Erection in my house.

recently whenever i have dialed airtel to connect to the customer care executive, i have been put on some automated voice, and am not able to speak to any person, the same problem persists with a few other cells from where i tried to connect to the airtel customer care
this is highly frustrating, on top which most of the customer care personnel are grossly inexperienced and it takes around a dozen calls to get the problem solved
since this is rampant and a very common place complaint, immediate and strict action needs to be taken against airtel

My Self M.A.Kureshi, I have Postpaid connection of Air tel since 2004 with same number,
On 16th Feb 2009 i lost my phone, within half an hour i contacted to air tel customer care number [protected] & [protected], with my friend's Prepaid Air tel Number. To inform them that please Inactive my sim card so no one can misuse it, but i am shocked when they told me that call from another number (Land line or Other Provider not Air tel ) at that time i was on highway there is not any hotel or nothing else,
one of their Executives told me that if you have no other number then shout on Highway that CAN ANYBODY HAS OTHER PROVIDER THEN AIR TEL, how ridiculous they are ????
And Finally at Night Around 10 PM i was called customer care with Vodafone Number to Inactive my Number, and now they told me to wait till tomorrow 12 : 00 PM.
Now tell me who is Responsible if My Number is Misused ??

i have a new airtel postpaid no [protected] last 10 day from janakpuri outlet. but last 3 day the they are out of service becouse the janakpuri outlet not submit the doucment to head office.

there is no any particular number to know all ahe new offers. and after we receving the offer message we r not able to contact that number was received
i have 2 airtel land lines, 45597149, 45531906, bills were exorbitant so i calles 121 on 14 march2009 to discontinue the services and stop billing me, as phone was not disconnected so a writtwn ap[plication was to be submitted, local office in my locality-paschim vihar;did not accept the application ;so i had to go to the rajouri garden office-which after bothering me for whole of 17th march accepted the application on 18/03/2009, but refused to either give me any recieving or complaint number.now its 24/03/2009 phone lines are still not disconnected, they are calling me 10 times a day and asking the same one question, why do you want to discontinue the service.it is disgusting and harassing, please dont buy airtel fixed lines, they are cheats.
yes airtel customer care is worse i hv ever seen. they didnt even bother to recieve the calls of customers i think BSNL custmer service is far better then airtel
I have been airtel customer and paying the dues on time... once Due to some reasons my payments got delayed for the first time for twenty days only. Without informing me they(AIRTEL KE GUNNDE) started calling and inquiring about me, ( THOUGH THEY HAVE ALL MY DETAILS WITH THEM i.e mailing address, contact no. etc. ) from every body after taking the telephone numbers from my call list.

I want to put this case in front of the supreme court for the harrasment.

Their is only one company on this earth ( we still donot have any information about the universe) which can afford to provide, service like this to his regular customers. They can afford to threaten their customers that they can discontinue their service.Their SMS asked to submit the ID proof within 48 hours with a number to contact them. The number provided is too busy, and finally when You get connected, the person takes your call and promise to come to collect the required docs for ID proof. You keep on waiting...no one comes to your address for 48 hours...inspite of that you get another SMS saying that YOU have failed to submit your ID so your services are discontinued...SO I PRAY TO GOD THAT IN SUCH RECESSION TIME GIVE THEM A GOOD MAN ON THE TOP LEVEL WHO CAN GUIDE THEM HOW TO TREAT THE COSTOMERS...and i agree that this is a UNIQUE COMPANY on this earth which is still running in profit...THERE IS A GOD...that is the reason...and I guess their NetWork also works because of GOD...So we all THANKS to the GOD...for giving us such company...

I am an Airtel post paid mobile customer No [protected] for the last many years., I have never defaulted my monthly bills. Unfortunately I lost my Motorola make mobile along with SIM card on Saturday .Information to this effect was given to the Airtel CC. Today I visited your authorised dealers/agents/shops situated at BMC Chonk, Joty chonk and Central Town Jalandhar to get the duplicate SIM card; but they all said that the SIMs are not available/are out stock .At the same time they were not telling when the SIMs will be available with them. They all tried to influence me to go for new connection which seems to be more lucrative for them.Instead of sympathetic on my loss, behaviour /response of the persons attending at your above shops was quite dry and uncourteous. It was felt that in an era of competition you must be more careful in appointing Airtel agents. Keeping in view the above facts it is requested to make arrangements for supplying the duplicate SIM card at my place and oblige. Charges for duplicate SIM card will be made .Cotact Phone[protected].
