[Resolved]  Airtel, Delhi, India — Worst customer care service

On my number ([protected]), VAS PACK activated wothout taking permission from me and Rs 50 deducted for same. I called customer number care number of times. But stupid customer care not answer the activation reason. Somtimes there system is down , somtime their software is down. My experience is that "No response from the customer care and harassing the customer".

I had applied for porting and talk to Airtel Executives. They told me procedures and applied on 25/10/2012. Many times ur executive offers me different CUG plans but I refused to accept because I am not intersted in AIRTEL connection. I can submit my papers on 01/11/2012 in Vodafone office.

On 03/11/2012 I received a massage in which they wrote me due to subsisting contractual obligation porting request rejected.

When I can talk to customer care in Airtel they told me please send us one mail from your office (LIC) . On 05/11/2012 our S. Branch Manager send a mail that please exclude above said no. we have no objection. After sending mail I talk to your executive they told me within a day or two days we will port out your no. But on 06/11/2012 they told me sorry we can not port out because this no. is CUG no. When I can pay my all bills from my pocket and no. is on my name from more than 5 Years. Please port out my no. as early as possible.

I m doing job can youestimate how I m facing a problem.
I got call from Karshni solution for porting number.I port my number [protected] Aircel prepaid to Airtel postpaid[protected] and they charged me Rs 150.I have a slip.
Aircel deactivated my sim and provided aitel sim is not active yet.I am disable to call any one.
but the stupid airtel executive always talking we will do we will do, they have already taked 20 days.They promised me that my number will be port in 7 days.
If my number will be not port, then I louge FIR against company.
They making me fool, they collecting money behalf of airtel and spoil image of Bharti Airtel.
I have no alternate number,

i have call from [protected] the caller is using slang languages an nonsense . i want to know the caller name and address.
its crate a lots of mental pressure on me. please take a serious step.

Airtel Prepaid SIM Deactivated

I am residing at Chennai. My Mobile No is [protected]. I am using this number for four years.Recently my SIM De activated without any prior intimation. Please solve the issue.

not recevied 3 g recharge

i am rechage of 3 g 255.00 not get 1 gb data

error code 6 after recharge

my account bal is Rs.640 but channels cannot be viewed due error code 6. Several telecalls were done but the problem is never solved. complaints were also launched by Retailers but the problem still is unsolved.

2G NET IS NOT WORKING FROM MY HOME

Currency recharge not affected

On 4/11/2014 I got my airtel mobile no. [protected] recharged for Rs.89 and got confirmation too. But, the main balance is not added up. The transaction ID is [protected].
