Airtel — Want to stop unnecessary promotional call

Dear Sir,
This is with reference to my complain to the Airtel mobile service providers regarding unwanted calls to my number. Though I am registered under their DND service, they are giving me mental agony by calling me instantly advertising their promotions. Many a time they disturb me when I am in some important meeting or driving my vehicle. I had earlier on 16th May, 2011 complained to the customer care executive regarding this which did not get fruitful. Frustrated over the Airtel authority's lackadaisical attitude I called them again on 20th May, 2011 to stop their promotional calls. Though many days have been passed after my complain to them, I could not be spared from their(Airtel) mental torture.

Hence I would like to know about the legal actions I can take against the Airtel officials for their mental torture to me.

Please let me know the legal formalities to take action against the irresponsible Airtel officials.
