Singnal is very poor

my customer id is 3001678574 . we are unable to recive the signal properly. signal of DD1, DD news also very poor. after talk with customer care that for writting my complain they will charge because engineer will visit to see the problem. if are regulaarly paying them monthly rental it is our right to recive the signals properly. please help.
