[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — BALANCE DEDUCTION | |||
Airtel DTH service sucks !!! i have been contacting airtel DTH customer care for a balance deduction issue for more than 10 days from 29/5/2010 - till date & there is just no resolution at all from there end.The worst part is there is no office where we can interact with airtel rep's in bangalore abt this,everything has to be done over phone with useless rep's .Most of the times, when i call up airtel DTH cust care,rep's put me on hold or disconnect...very few try to help ...Every rep who tried to help will just give SR # (reference #) & informs that backend team wil callup ,bt its been more than 10 days,no response from their end, worst part is everyday i have been charged 10.88 INR when i'm stil in initial 1 year free package & there was also a point where i was on a negative balance for few days & there was no service from them for some mistake that they had done ... Later i had no option but had to recharge my account for 100 INR to get the Relay service back ...BUT STILL MY ACCOUNT IS BEING CHARGED EVERYDAY WHICH IS INCORRECT & no action has been taken... I want u guys to look into it & get me what i deserve as a CUSTOMER & FOR WHAT I HAVE PAID !!! Was this information helpful? | |||
