[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — Substandard Service from Airtel | |
I have taken Airtel Digital TV connection with South Megaplus in the month of February at Bigbazar, Hyderabad paying Rs.1950 under one of the schemes floated that point of time. However, I am not sure for which reason Airtel has created two connections on my name and every time I call up Airtel representatives, they came up with some funny reason to frustrate me. Here are the incidents for your understanding to understand my frustration, 1. I have asked for top up of Neo Sports for the period of Six months and it was activated after 8 calls and big hue and cry from me. 2. Later this month I have asked for top up of ESPN package which got installed after 8 attempts, saying the same reason that there is problem with my account. 3. And now the latest, one of Airtel representative is asking me to pay money as my account balance got into negative despite the fact that I have recharged my account with Rs. 500 and for some strange reason he informed me that I have taken this connection last month and I have not paid the initial charges which is absolutely untruth, baseless and atrocious. 4. Airtel guys have discontinued the Neo Sports channel which was up and running for period of six months from the month of March/April though you deducted money from my account for this service.
