[Resolved]  Airtel Digital TV — Complaint against Airtel

We had installed Airtel Digital TV on 30/05/2009. After a week the screen started showing that this card is not valid. By contacting Airtel Call centre they told that Rs.100 is balance from our side. After recharging Rs.100 it was activated. After a week again i.e. 15/06/2009 again the TV screen showed that this ID card is not valid. We again called centre again they informed that we have subscribed for ESPN package and Rs.60 is pending in our account. While we had not sent any SMS for subscription. The fact is that airtel has deactivated free to air channels also. Is airtel collecting Rs.50-100 every week with the customers who had subscribed for free to air channels for one year on some pretext or other?
Why are ads given for fee-to-air channels subscriptions for one year? Can I get justice from airtel? Every time we contact airtel customer service they say "You pay this amount this time and next time it will not happen? Is this the way adopted by airtel to humiliate genuine customers and harrass them by charging them exhorbitantly evey week?

Airtel- cheating people by showing wrong information on airtel website ex: validity days

Showing recharging for 30 days but actually it is applying only for 28 days, even browsing speed also not mentioned speed. Even 3G charges also high compare to other providers. Please take action against on them.

july 07, 1995 after liberalization this liberalization allow every (insider or outsider) chor to loot our nation by help of our own people, this legal way to loot allowed by manmohon ji without making any strong regulatory on our favor..he opened the door of Indian market for looters.he did not make any filter way to stop these looters...this all done by Edvige Antonia Albina Màino also known as Sonia gandhi( in India). she is an ittalian, i know evry indian know this but real thing is our many own people are real enemy for our indian market who works under english men and contribute them to loot.
my personal view is "don't buy any service or product of airtel or airtel like comanies"

Sir, my airtel dth id no [protected] from chennai to day(2nd May 2017) i instal second connection for my second tv, for that instalation finish by 11 am till now (19.51hrs) they have not activated if i call airtel (Chennai) they are not responding properly simply they say that servo problem is their, this is not our problem.i think i made a mistake of taking second connection.

This is to inform that Airtel services are becoming fraud,

1)Please Listen Conversation with Airtel Customer care Executive?
2)In time services are provided?
3)When I spoken to customer care Executive, has he told will get 200 rupees voucher, till now i didn't get?
4) I Placed a order for Airtel DTH SD set-up [protected]@1290, But they taken 1500 rupees? why?
5)Installation executive told that, he will return 200 rupees, till now he didn't returned back to us? why?
5)Is this services excepting customers?
6)there is no reply from customer care or mail?

Hi,
Myself T. Chanda from assam, cachar district. I have given recharge to airtel digital tv at Rs 200 from jio money wallet but recharge was successful from jio money, however, the airtel digital tv account was'nt credited the amount. Though I have escalated to the airtel customer care regarding the issue and they provided complaint no is 67269862.
Now, the airtel customer executive by saying the irrelevant words that the transaction number was incorrect. How come it is possible that marchant already made the payment which was successful from jio money wallet but the airtel account was not credited, then where is the customer money? Please resolve the issue or else we'll escalate it to the higher authority.
