[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — airtel dth with recorder- fault -reg. | |||
I, p.s. sundaravaradan bought airtel dth with recorder as its packages are cheaper to me (I am already having TATA SKY and having very good quality pictures)and installation done on 6-3-2011. id. no.[protected], from day one I have problem viewing channels because of overlapping of clolours at regular intervels. I made many number of calls to customer call and their mechnic visited twice and replaced HDMI cable. but of no use. they could not find what the fault .Now I want the set top box be replaced as early as possible as i am unable to view any channels at a stretch as it is very glaring and overlapping. I am very much disappointed with the sercvice airtel dth providing and they are not having technicians who could locate the problems as they are all at sea when problem arises. I wish i will not recommend anyone going in for Airtel DTH for worst service Was this information helpful? | |||

we made calls to your customer manager more than 40 times in 10days about our problem and we made complaint about your poor after sale service we didn't get any response to the complaints made to airtel dth
As a customer we made what ever we can to make sure you hear our problems. But as a company from customer eyes you did not even taking action on complaint that we placed month back
See we need response from airtel dth for complain we placed on you till that we place more complaintscomments till we get satisfactory replay to our complain

Sir i made two complaint on different issue and both got similar response how can be .We be facing this problem for last 10days and making most of our call to this man Name :sambandam at chennai

Response from him not satisfactory as he said he send some tech personnel yesterday
First - That tech personnel said problem is with HDMI cable then they changed that cable after that also overlapping of colors not solved
Second - tech person says problem is with position of dish after that problem exist
3Time - these tech person sited the problem with DTH box then usual changed that DTH box then also problem exist
4th Time - after these above happen they though problem is with the signal and now they saying problem is with the whole package (DTH box & Dish) after that nothing has happened
From this Mr.Rakesh Ranga the tech personnel from your side are just can't identify the problem and solve this. From the day 1 from purchase we have problem with this airtel dth still not resolved pls direct someone to solve this issue .we purchase this on[protected]
