Airtel Digital TV — DON'T WANT TO RECEIVE SMS ON TV

My cust. id is [protected] and registered mob. no. is [protected].You can contact me on [protected] if any query. I dont want the flash messages that are displayed on tv about recharge,low balance.While watching the tv the messges are interrupting to watch tv programmes. I called the customer care person but they refused to note it.
The low balance related messages i received on my mob. is quite enough for me.please remove the tv flash messages.
