[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — Airtel Digital TV complaint | |||
I have airtel digital tv connection. I have recharged it on 21/10/2010 for Rs.1920/-. This was clubbed with an offer of 12 month activation and additional 2 months of extended viewing. So total of 14 months of viewing period. I confirmed the same after recharging with airtel customer care executive. Now it seems I have low or negative balance on my account. It is just 9 months post recharge on 21/10/2010. 14/07/2010: My connection got disconnected and the screen is displaying negative balance and asking me to recharge. My son called up Customer Care and Mr. Nitesh answered but he did not have any proper clarification why it was disconnected. He said I have not change my package after recharging but I did it and my son confirmed the same on the very day with the Airtel Customer Care. Then Ms.Kriti from escalation team responded to my call but she also has the same story that I did not informed about the offer to Airtel. She gave me some monthly calculation of economy package and outright rejected that there was any offer for Rs.1920/- in West Bengal circle. This is very weird on part of Airtel that they deny that they had any offer like this and asked me to recharge for viewing. Lost faith on Airtel.
