[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — Deletion of Subscribed TV channels | |||
This is in reference to some channels subscribed through Airtel Digital TV, the company does change the pacakages as and when they launch a new scheme and charge the consumer on any pretex of deleting or adding a few channels. This causes a lot of inconvenience. More over its a one way traffic, ie,, a consumer can only top up an additional channel but does not have the facility to delete the channel from the subscription list and the corresponding amount for the channel must be credited back to the customer. if not these DTH companies continue to fleece the customer under one pretext or the other.
