i have purchase a airtel digital tv in the year 2009. i have purchase a plan on yearly basis and my usage is very less so they disconnect it. and when i called them they just told me that it might be some technical issue at my end...and this keeps on going...and they have a very poor customer services and their staff was very much misbehaved.
now their staff called me up to refill my account that i don't want. today i get a call from customer care department that they have a very good scheme for me, they told me that if you recharge your account for a year you will get 3 months free services. when i conformed it from their toll free no:-18001028080 then they told me that their is no such scheme for my no.
They cheat their customers by providing these fake schemes. till now i had a very bad experience with them.
