[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — HELL CUSTOMER CARE | |||
I have purchased Airtel Digital TV on 28th of August 2011 and my customer id is [protected] . But i realized the big mistake i made by choosing such a irresponsible company as DTH service provider. I have following concerns: 1. Some time some channels shows the Connection lost screen (Error Code B0001). 2. In rain as well in drizzling it does not respond and hangs. 3. Whenever I called customer care they give me same stupid solutions : * Restart your set top box. * Unplug your cable and reconnect. * Remove any obstacle in front of Dish. Really a very bad DTH service provider.I suggest never buy Airtel Digital TV. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have moved from my old address to a new address both are in Hyderabad approximately 9 kms away from my old address.
I have been mentally harasses by Airtel Digital TV.
I phoned Airtel customer service on The 31st September 2016 and I informed them I am moving from my old address to my new address and please complete the installation process for moving.
The engineer phoned me the next day and he told me that he is coming today.I waited for the whole day no one turned up .The engineer number is -[protected].
The second day I have phoned the engineer at around 10 a.m in the morning he told me he is coming in the afternoon.
Then I phoned him in the evening and he said he don't know when he will be coming and he disconnected the call on my face.
Let me mentioned this he doesn't have any respect for the ladies .
How a company like Airtel can hire someone who is so shameless and disrespectful to a women.
The same time I phoned up the customer care and I asked for a refund as I mentioned I have paid up till January 2017.
The customer rep told me please give us one chance and we will fix it tomorrow.So I gave your company one more chance.
The next day which is today no one turned up and the whole day I was with the customer service agent and they kept on giving me false promises .
It was 7.30 p.m and no one turned up .So I decided to give up and I got Hathway installed at my place as I cannot trust you guys anymore.
Now it is my humble request please cancel my account and refund my balance which I have paid as soon as possible as it is your company fault and I don't want to call up your customer service departments as they are a bunch of liars.
Please let me when are your returning my money .
If you can't return my money please let me know then I will see what else I can do as we have Indian law in place and I have complete faith in the law of my country.
