Airtel Digital TV — Re-charge | |||
My a/c No. is [protected] with Airtel Digital TV. I was told that 19th of every month I am expected to recharge my TV account. Slowly the date has been changing to 15th, 13th, 9th and 8th. The fact is that it started flashing message "low balance-recharge" from 1st onwards. What kind of fraud is this. I had lodged the complaint with Airtel for which there is no response other than auto-generated ack. I think it is high time that I have to sever connection with airtel broadband and mobile connections in our family. I have not checked these accounts. I hope on lodging a complaint with you, the AIRTEL will attend to it. If they continue with this many of the customers, they will lose customer base which I suppose they now boast of widening it.
