I have just shifted to Durgapur from Kolkata alongwith my Airtel Digital TV and it re-installed two months ago after paying of re-installation charge of Rs. 200/-. but after a few days signal of my DTH tripped or bad signal. I contacted with customer care with my problem which was just arrived after 10 days of re-installation. But they replied that the service engineer will visit and have to pay Rs. 100/- as a visiting charge. I urged to solve my problem free of cost because of the re-installation was not done properly, but they do not accept my complains. they asked that complain be launched only the condition when I accept to pay Rs. 100/- for visiting. the irregularity is continue in my DTH. I want to not pay again and again Rs. 100/- tip, where as the bad signal starts only in 10 days before re-installation.
