[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — Wrong name on refund cheque | |||
Customer ID - [protected] I had received a cheque of 1000 Rupees from Bharti Telemedia Limited(Cheque No. 005960 A/c No [protected]) from HDFC Bank because Airtel was not able to provide me a connection. However the name on the cheque is misspelled as Kusal Takkar. (Instead of Kaushal Thakkar) I had a word with Mr. Amar Chamelya in the escalation department on 23/02/2012. He had promised that a resolution to this issue would be reached in the next ten days. I had sent this as an email to [protected]@in.airtel.com as a proof. However no updates have been received since then. Kindly send me the cheque with correct name ASAP. Thank You Was this information helpful? | |||
