Airtel — DISCONNECTION OF PHONE IN SPITE OF REGULAR PAYMENT

Greviance :- Disconnection of Phone no. [protected] inspite of regular payments.

Dear Sir,

I have an serious complaint regarding disconnection of my above postpaid no. with you without any reason or intimation inspite of regular payments. In the march, 2012, I received a bill o/s 456.46 , for the same I deposited Rs. 500/- on 14/03/2012 by acknowledge no. [protected]. After few days my above phone is disconnected automatically without any intimation.

I just want to know the reason behind the same. I had many business connections on that number. By this way, I had to bear very high business loss even social loss.

Kindly get update all this at my above mentioned BSNL no. or my email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in.
