[Resolved] Airtel Dish TV — Non provision of channels as mentioned in the package | |||
I have subscribed to airtel dishtv with HD connection, with south value pack (Connection No. [protected]). As mentioned in the south value pack over their portal, saakshi TV channel and TV5 channels are suppposed to be given along with other channels. but to our dismay, these two channels are not given. inspte of repeated mails also there is no response from their team, With much difficulty by holdin and waiting over phone for 35 minutes, we could able to speak to one of their executives, but that executive could not confirm for which package we have subcribed to. my point is why there is no response from them. If they take additional amount for HD connection, no HD channel is provided as others do (free channels) contrary to their own advertisement, presribed hannels are not given, any body who wants to go for Airtel TV, pl do not go for it, it is abo[censored]e crap sanat Was this information helpful? | |||
