[Resolved]  Airtel Dish TV — Airtel Set top box not working

Its been only 3 months and our Airtel settop box started giving us problem and currently its not working at all.

Its been 10 days now that we have registered our complaint at airtel customer care and no resolution has been provided.

Airtel customer care number/operator are also so useless, they don't have any clue whats happening at regional service provider centers. They will just give complaint number and assured us that engineer visit will happen. But no one comes for visit and neither we get any update if there is any delay or issue for engineer visit.

There is so much lack of co-ordination between Airtel customer care and regional airtel service provider.

Nobody picks call at airtel regional service provider office even after repeatedly trying their number.

No proper information given on airtel site to whom to escalate in these types of cases.

Its so frustrating to pay high amount of money and in return receiving these sort of low customer service from company like airtel.

Airtel — Negligence and Useless Attitude

The telecom company is called Bharti Airtel who is the cellular service provider, I have been toleratin their attitude for many days but cannot take it any more. These people have been making funof their customers. They dont even care to pick up phone calls of cleints in case it is necessary. They do all sort of mess..they disconnect the phone even when they had not sent the bills....If bill is demanded they simply give the printout on a paper stating that this is your bill...I am going to take legal action against them for the loss that had happened to me due to their disconection without intimation.

And if anyone of you guys are watching me write these line PLEASE SAY NO TO SUCH USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER WHEN YOU HAVE MANY OTHER PROVIDERS IN THE ARES... DOWN DOWN AIRTEL

Airtel — Number is till not working

Dear,

My mobile number is [protected]. This is my prepaid number.
I given application to airtel executive for the transfering this
number from prepaid to postpaid on 7th feb 2008. That time airtel
executive told me "after two to three days your prepaid number is
deacivated for one day then your postpaid nymber will start". But my
prepaid number is deacivated on 11th Feb till it si deacivated. Even i
am trying to call that executive i am getting answer from last three
days like "it will start within two hours". Rite now i am facing too
much problem because of tgis. Kindly help me.
I am employee of KPIT Cummins Pune. I applied for the
corporate postpaid plan. Tha executive seating in KPIT Cummins. His
name is Tushar.

Airtel — No Proper attention given to customer queries

We have been trying to change our internet plan for the last 3 months.

I am curretly paying 1000 Rs for internet and want to switch over to minimum plan, since our usage is very low and we are unnecessarily paying 1000. I have been trying to chenge this for the last 3 months . We reached the customer service 2 times and they did not give proper directions.

They gave us website for us to register the complaint but it got bounced back. We agian tried reaching the customer services and told him that this what happened but they did simply ignored it.

Till this month i am paying Rs 1000 for no use.

Kindly help.

Dish TV — Dish TV not working at all

I had bought this rubbish impressed by Sharukh Khan Ads. It worked for few days and that is it Since after that my set box has not worked at all.

The complaints are not registered and no system of complaint number and no signal what so ever.

A clear cas of IPC 420 against the Dish TV and against one gentleman called M.K.Pandey Jaipuria Plaza who did not even update the annual amount since it shows Zero balance, and the behaviour is so bad on phone that one would not like to see that again.

Is CEO of Dish TV noticing.

Today when I searched for Dish Compaint I was releived to see Thousand of Sufferes like me.

Thanks God I am not alone.

Is Padam Shree Mr. Sharukh reading all this if so I think he shoud stop endorsing the Dish TV.

Dish TV — NOT FUNCTIONING

OUR DISH TV IS NOT FUNCTIONING FOR THE LAST MORE THAN ONE WEEK. WE HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING M/S AUDIO VISUAL ENTERTAINMENT, 729-A II nd FLOOR M.G. ROAD GURGAON FOR IT. EVERY TIME WE ARE TOLD TO PUT IT ON 662 BUT ALL OF NO USE.

Airtel — Useless/Hopeless Service

Airtel is the most hopeless service provider. They don't care for their customers. They just show big adds nothing else. I request each and every one to not to go for such a hopeless service provider.

Dish TV — Our dish T V is not working

Dish tv connection — Very Bad service & co-ordination

I have been a DISH Tv Customer since December 2007 & since last 6 months I have been regularly facing the issue with Signal quality. Every month I get messgae on myTV "301-Signal Not Found". For every visit, the executive charges Rs.150 to Rs.170 for rectifying the issue.
I am sure that the technicians are not fixing the problem & trying to make more money on every visit. This kind of service & attitude is not expected from DISH TV brand. Even the dealers are not having complete information regarding the recharge & Annual maintenance contract details. I have regularly reported this problem to the customer care but till date no action has been taken.

Kindly rectify atthe earliest else I will need to lodge a legal complaint in consumer forum.

Airtel Dish TV — signal lock

my name rahul saxena .i am purchase airtel dish tv to the fastival dhantersh now the subscriltion are one year but your member's are come to install after to month now my dish tv are lock after six month now are one month are complet to lock my dish tv . please start him as soon as possible

DishTV — Not functioning at all

I am Mr. Vinod Mali, Residential Address : Kalyan Kunj Gali, B/H. Alpana Cinema, Pratapnagar Road, Vadodara - 390 004.

I have purchased dishtv setup box on 21st April 2009 with platinum pack. It was working ok.

Now i have chaged to silver pack from 30th July 2009 by paying Rs. 1500/- Then the problem starts. It shows the message of Check the setup box to antina is coming on the screen no picture /audio signal. I have called on the cusomer call number given.on 3rd Aug. My C. No. is 27904113. One engineer visited on 4th Aug. and informed me that your set up box works with other TV set. And asked to give back the setup box from where it is purchased. Then I went to the shop and requested them to change the box. they checked the box and reported that it is functioning well and no need to change it. I connected it now on my TV set. The same message is coming again. I am totally tired with this set up box. Please advise me what is to be done now? After paying it also we are not able to get the connection and not watching our favorate serials / sports/news. Kindly treat this mail urgent and send your local engineer immediately to my house and do the needful. Please call me if you need any other information. I request you to take immediage action on this.

Airtel — Dish connection not delivered

We were supposed to receive a Dish connection from Airtel in January as part of Samsung LCD TV purchase. After following up with Call center, Service managers and many, we still have not received the Dish connection after 8 months. Overall there was no single version of truth from Airtel Service folks. The Call center says the connection is cancelled. The Service Manager promised to install one day and did not get it done. When we call him after that, he does not answer the phone. It has been a pathetic experience and lot of stress just dealing with Service people acting so unprofessional. Here is the phone number of the Service manager who gave a hard time. AIR TEL DISH TV — Not workig

am using Airtel Dish TV since Sep2009 and Now DishTV is not functioning properly , and after doing regrous complaints our dealer here at Mangalore is not behaviing properly and his service is very poor my customer ID is [protected]

Airtel Dish TV — Regarding the connection failure

This is RAJU from trichy,tamilnadu. We had purchased airtel dish tv connection with the id no[protected]. We had recharged thrice. But still the account balance is showing as negative. We had gone for 6 months subscription. Date is upto may 2010.but they had switched off our connection. And sending a message as negative balance. Kindly look into it.
