We had received a sms stating "Dear Customer, the validity of your digital tv ID: 3002145784 will expire in next 15 days. Please recharge before 29th oct with RC 310 and get Rs 15 bonus!" and we received similar messages before previous months too... and same way we also recharging with 310 to get 15 Rs bonus as per they stating to use the offer.

The complaint is about airtel dth are not crediting the 15 Rs bonus money to our account unless we call, complaint and arguing with them for an hours.

The matter is not about bonus money, the matter is about the misleading and deceptive offers they are sending us through SMS without stating any terms and conditions and not even one star for any applied conditions..

I am not sure about for how many customers they are cheating and making money through this way. Please verify at its background and rectify for future days.

Even if they cheat one customer 15 rs per month and it might totals to crores for n number of customer for just one month.

We support true ad/offers/sms..... but not the other side.
