From Last 10 days I am talking to Airtel Sales/Marketing person With Mr.Kiran Bhosale Mob No.9987785982. He told me that the connection with be ready within 1-2 Hours because in my building the disc is common so connection will can made immediately. Then I have called him on monday for the connectivity. From last 2-3 days again I Have called him several time. But unfortunately he never called me. Then I have received a call from Mr.Aslam and he has forwared me SMS by saying Mr.Vijay Chikhalkar ( 9702965182) will attend the call. I have called him today morning by 2:00pm and he has promised that he will complete the work today. Then Mr.Manish Kamathe from frontline salesmart pvt Ltd came to collect the cheque and I have handed over the Saraswat Co.OP.Bank cheque of Rs. 2,840/- for two connections with receipt No. 4054 at 4:30 and he has also promised that today before 8:00pm the engineer will come and install the connection. I have given several calls to Mr.Aslam but always he has promised that he will send the engineer and also he will call me within 10 minutes but it was never happened. I have called atleast 8-10 times to him. He has kept me hold more than 10 minutes and then disconnected the call but he never called me back. Then he has send me SMS at 8:22pm to call Installation Manager -9892049016. I have called him the new reply was same saying the material is not ready so he will send the engineer day after tomorrow. This is really very bad practise of your employees. Today whole day I was sitting at home and giving calls to all your responsible persons but noting happened. It is like no communication between them and nobody is interested in complete the calls. Only giving troubles to the customers. Now take actions on them and see that it should not repeat again or customers should get such bad experience.
