Dear Sir

I am using the Airtel Disital (Customer ID No. 3002251743) since last three year But since last two weeks I am facing the problem in the satabox. the satabox is hanging again and again picture not coming. I have log the complaint more then 10 times for replace the satabox but nobody attend the complaint till date. and I am calling daily more then five time to customer care for the same but they always says, after 24hour it will be replace. but till now nobody come to attained the problem.

I think this is my big mistake to choose the stupid company all the staff of this company is very lazy and way of talking is very rudly of the customer care staff.
