Airtel digital tv
I had purchased a digital tv and got it installed after making the necessary payment. But even after 3 days the services has not been activated despite repeated reminders and phone calls. On calling one of the executives i was told that the services has been given and he is not even bothered to see if there is any technical problem. I am discontinuing the services,
i have been a regular customer of tata sky for the past 4 years but never faced a problem.
