This is to inform that we bought one Airtel DTH connection on 31st May and made payment online. Airtel executive insisted us to make payment online and we did it on his continuous forcing. After two days, two executives came for installation of DTH connection but it was not installed due to some signal problems and he told us that our money will be refunded within two days.
It has been almost one and a half month and they didn't refunded our money. On lodging two to five complaints, no one had responded till date.
Its really sad that after trusting such a big and reputed company, we as family are facing so much of trouble.
I hope Mr. Ajay Puri is listening to this.

We registered Five complaints through reference # 19402470 on dated 4th of June 2012, reference # 19781042 on dated 15th of June 2012, reference # 20197495 on dated 27th of June 2012, reference # 20363010 on 2nd of July 2012, and reference # 299079044 on dated 13th of July 2012.
I hope some action will be taken on this regard.
