Airtel DTH Service Center, Varanasi Sigra — misbehaviour and mismanagement | |||
from last two days i have receiving no signal from my airtel HD set top box ,i called in sigra varanasi airtel service center at 2.00 pm for it and a representative from varanasi service center sigra came to me on sunday, he told me that ur set top box is not functioning ...and it is under warranty so u will get a new set top box, then he brought to me a old set top box which does not support HD channel and he told me that a new set top box is not in office and it will come in few days from lucknow and then i will install a new one, then he told me that in meanwhile i[censored]r warranty is over you have to pay 750 rs for new box, then i said its not my fault that a box is not in your office its yours. and i will not pay a single penny for that in future because i complained for it within the warranty period. then he said u have to talk to my manager from sigra varanasi service center mob no.[protected],[protected],[protected]. when i talked to that chap he start shouting over and me start abusing me this is the second time i get same problem of misbehaviour from same center , i also registerd a complaint regarding this in past. he abused me so badly and tell me that he will not give me a new set top box without money. tell me this is my fault that they dont have set top box, and because of their mismanagement if my warranty will over i have to pay money. and what about misbehaviour of the employees this is second time same thing is occuring . i am doctor by profession and because of this misbehaviour i got too much mental trouble this time i will seriously took some legal action Was this information helpful? | |||
