Airtel DTH Services — Not Giving The Proper Solution

Hi,

I purchase the Airtel Digital connection on 10-July-2012, but after activation I have notified the problem of difference between Sound & Picture for the specific channels.
For the same I have register the complaints 5 times in month.
yet I have not get the solution for the same.
