FAlse Bill and NOC of Broadband Connection
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I’am receiving calls regarding Airtel Broadband Bill which I was not using it and has been disconnected long time ago , and I had done a settlement for the same. Customer name:- Aastha Srivastava

Amount.:- Rs. 500/-only against the full and final settlement of the Above said Account.
Ms. Manvi From Airtel(mob:-8604977751) Had called me for the Final Settlement for Amountof Rs.500 /- only. , and Mr.Anil (Mob.No.:- 9838622462 & 9628171831)employee of Airtel has collected the same Amount and Given me the NOC of the same . This u can Assured it from Cheking the Usage of My Broadband Connection from the Date of Activation to till Date the day I Receive the NOC for the Same
But still. till date I’am receiving the payment calls and receive the bills on the mail for the same disconnected connection .
Also, to inform you that my Broadband Connection was disconnected within the 3 days form the date of Installation i.e. on 6-or 7 before months without any reason and was still disconnected till the date of NOC I received from Airtel , and while contacting your Airtel office Gomti Nagar their Ms. Sandhya Singh was talked to us very rudely and misbehaved with vulgar language. That is why I opt for the disconnection of the above said connection . but still we are getting calls of Regarding Airtel Broadband connection false Bills . and the tele callers are very much rude and Vulgar and cheap language and threatening us for the payment of the same.Kindly look at the matter for the same.
