[Resolved] Airtel — Non payment of redemption under scheme | |||
We have a AIRTEL land line connection[protected] in the name of Ms Mamta Sharma. Recently we changed the plan package with a limited hour borad brand connection, and as feebe to the scheme there was a provision of INR 100 redemption to my prepaid connection [protected]. However, since then for each month we have to call 121 for the redemption, the present complaint details is 31512750 dated 12th April 2010 for the month of March. If one look into the service detail history earlier similar detals can be procured. We feel sorry, but it is evidenced that the claimed service satisfaction of clientele is to some extent inflated and objectionable. It seems like the system is not working. MMobile service providers have all the process and ptrotocols in place to get your outstanding amount paid, however the poor customer donot have any. Companies lure customer with freebe and when customer ask for his rights s/he jsut receive a SMS stating that your concern would be addressed by a predecided time frame. This is violation of customer rights since companies take customer of a ride. All said and done we would still request the company to regularise the redemption system once for all.
