kindly remove my number from your(forcefully enforced) airtel fchat service-[protected] . never had any troubles in the past with your service so iam really disappointed by this fiasco.also i get a message sayin 1-4 movies have been added to my account.i mean what the heck is that??i dont even know my account number.kindly discontinue the service as soon as possible

I want to know who is this[protected] bugger and would like to have meeting face to face. I am regular client of Airtel for the last more than 6 yrs now. but for the last one year or so its service started troubling to their clients. all unwanted things, cricket scores, movie songs, shero shayari and all that stuff keeps coming ur way.

I had complained about these things to customer care numerous times but all nonsense stops for that month or so and again back to square one. this is just a one sample number all other from similar series keeps coming via sms or calls etc etc. I am really fed up of all these nonsense so called marketing tactics which are never going to work with majority of clients who became clever now.

I think there should be a system in our law by which common customer can file a suite against all these big bulls for harassing their clients in many ways like these. Hope that day will come soon.

i have been receiving mgs on mycell phone from an unknown person who seems to be using airtel freinds chat. please kindly tell me the procedure to block this person from sending the msgs. as it is very scary to receive such msgs. it disturbs me at the time of working. please send details to stop these messages.

This is Anand. I too face same problem. I have got missed call from no.[protected]. Then I have called back to the number and AIRTEL has deducted 2 rs.per call. then onwards they started decucting Rs.1/day. I couldn't realize that for three months. After that, when I called to the customer service, they said that I have activated by sending SMS . I know that I am not a multi personality person.Then when did I sent this SMS.?????????. That to speak the customer care also they are charging now. Airtel is an INDIAN based that is the reason I opted AIRTEL to encourage them. But they are real thief's...

Now a days in india every lay man has mobile phone. How they can handle this kind of theft????

Some mobile monitering system should be implemented by government. That too thiefs ...

Our INDIANS are really bad fate due to the politicien...

Sir,
I m having Airtel pre paid connection for my mobile phone no. [protected]. The service provider is deducting Rs1/- daily scince Feb 2010 without any reason. I use phone only
for audio comunication.
I request your good authority to help me and instruct the Airtel to refund the amount immidatly. Also instruct them not to deduct it any more.

So much money stolen from people's accounts . Same thing happened to me . Can someone sue the company.
