[Resolved]  Airtel Friends Chat — without my permission cutting amount in my mobile rs.30 to friends chat

I have been using Airtel Prepaid for last 3 years. But for the last few months i am getting trouble my airtel service becuase they are cutting Rs. 30/- per month as charges for airtel friendz chat service which i never subscribed. For the last 15 days I am giving messages to stop this service, but all efforts in vein. I am requesting to stop this service immediately, otherwise i have no other option just to go to court of law for redressal of my complaint. Thanks.

Airtel — Friendz Chat activated without my concern

Today[protected] I got an sms on my number [protected] stating that 'Your Airtel Friendz Chat service has been renewed. Renewal charges Rs. 30 for 30 days'. This is the first time I came to know that such type of service is activated against my number. I waste no time and contact the complain cell of Airtel through 198 and I was surprise to know that this service was activated since January 16. That means every month I am paying Rs 30 to Airtel for the service which I am totally unaware of. When I request to the customer care executive who response my call, to deactivate the service and return Rs 30 which is deducted for this month he bluntly refuse to do that. I am not asking for the refund of the money which I paid for last 4 months, but only for the coming month when I am deactivating it and not suppose to use furthermore.

This service was activated without my concern. And by deactivating it when I want to get refund of my money which is paid in advance they are declining to do so. Is there any record of my concern to get this service? Is this the way to behave a customer? Please take care that the deactivation of Friendz Chat take place properly and I ll get back the amount which is deducted from my account in advance.

Complaint for ([protected]) Pls restricted airtel friends chat calls and msgs.

I disagree with this airtel chat, if any body get our number and they can send non sense mess. If airtel people doesn't not ban this or make alternate solution such that receiver should come to know who is sending mess or his original number, this may create issue to airtel people. and ppl may stop using airtel number afraiding of these type mess from unknown persons. Airtel has to take action on this. otherwise this issue may goes to police station. I am disconnecting airtel sim due to this reason and i wil tell my friends also to start using other connections. stupid airtel people.

what kind of option is this airtel friens chat? i never opted for it and the airtel team is cutting my balance amount. please see to it that this option gets cancelled from my number.

dear sir,since from 3years iam using this no:[protected] and every month i get the bill 1000/- to1200/-rupees and last month i got 7600/- and make a call to customer care i spoke that ur executive.but he told u have used internet from ur mobile but sir i didnt use any internet just change my hand to htc mobile phone on that day i used only 10 to15mints...but sir i got monthly salary 12000/- company will give 500/- and ther amount i spouse to pay what is the differents amount . so kindly vevar the mobile bill to make continous serve immideiy.i can pay only 2000/- to3000/- rupees ..thank u

There was no incoming calls for two day on my phone and these morning when my freinds call me up some strangers pick up the phone though, I didn't set any call diversion on my phone. Can anyone please tell why my line got diverted on its own. Is these a case of fraud, scam or phone taping/ trecking .
