Harassment of Customer & Misleading Information being repeatedly Given
I have a connection (Mobile Number 7869912353) with airtel due to which for the last several months I have been harassed in various methods known to Airtel. So on 31st May, 2012 I called Airtel helpline to know the procedure for MNP and was given misleading information by the customer service representative. As a result of that info I put in a connection termination request and am now being harassed for the same even though it is not my fault.
I am an entrepreneur and cant afford to lose the connection which is given to all my contacts. I have approached everyone possible in airtel and have been running from pillar to post to get the connection restored but Airtel people are ARROGANT and RUDE in every interaction that I have with those idiots. And even now I am being mislead in various ways for which I have written proof in form of various email interactions.
Kindly help me as soon as possible.
