Please note I have been charged Rs. 30/- for Hello Tunes, a service that I did not request for and if you are going to rob the public this way, then I'm sorry you lose alot of longtime customers of yours. I know its the recession and that you are being affected by it, but so also us. I need this amount paid back to me immediately or I will pursue this with Consumer cell.

last week i spoken to your airtel customer care, the problem is ill send t hello tune code messages to the concern department on 3rd, . the msg also came airtel that hello tune activated. but the song is not heard to any body, it hear only on 17 th. but the cost is already taken for song selection & rental on 3rd but activated on only 17 th. i am also not cared about that. but this month rental also taken on 3 rd...
on that time itself ill call to cust.care and tell all the details that ur callertune is activated on 17th march only so y u taken the rental on 3rd april .but the answer is not correct from the customer care.
and one main thing is after contact from airtel the messages from airtel that is one feed back form. that is we would appreciate ur feedback. if you are satisfied with the last interaction sms YES else NO to toll free number 876.
but if we send YES . the message will sent to 876. otherwise
if we will send NO, the message not send to 876..feed back is message sending failed..

so that we will not appreciate the airtel
