[Resolved] Airtel — unable to add numbers to FNF list | |||
I had a vodafone connection [protected]. I ported in to airtel from vodafone on 14 feb 2011 in order to use friends and family service provided by airtel and in this regard I ported all my other numbers as well to airtel. But to my surprise I found that the IVR is not accepting non airtel series to the friends and family list. My repeated complaints to customer care went in vain. I then contacted the nodal officer [[protected]] who also couldn't solve the problem. Finally I approached the appellate authority [[protected]] and i'm still waiting for their response. It has been over 45 days now and the complaint is still on. Most disappointing point is that Airtel never cares back to reply the customers as to why is it getting delayed. Why didn't they get their systems updated before MNP implementation? and why cant they just manually add numbers to my FNF account? i request the concern authorities to take this seriously and help me out with this issue.
