Today I called 198 from land line and spoke to Madhu from Escalation Team she raised request No: 7338620 and promise me to revert lets see how this works.

As per discussion, Please do not close this complaint as its frequent problem

As this is a long pending issue I need the entire higher official to be involved to resolve it

Since there is no response from Airtel,

I have called 198 and spoke to one of the executive and he said that to transfer the call to his manager but after holding around 20 minits they have disconnected the call

Then I got call from Mr. Anil from Technical Dept but no fruit full result

Just to inform you that : I will not going to make the payment as issue is not resolves yet and no one is bother to rectify it
