[Resolved]  Airtel — illegal deduction of balance

Airtel has made many absurd balance deductions from my mobile but this is new
Today it cuts. 50rs of my account & tells me that I purchased a game supscription now this amount was cut without my acknowledgement of any I agree or buy button then the link took me to a airtel hungama wap site where it shows there are no compatible games to my handset which is outrageous.
First of all I didnt want a damn game now that I pay for it there is no damn game
Please look into this I bet there are other unheard customers involved
I talked to the customercare but sadly there was no careing attitude as always

Airtel - prepaid — Absurd Deduction from Account

I have a complaint against Airtel
on 15th March I activated the GPRS on my AIRTEL No. [protected].
And after 16th I send the SMS for Deactivation. But I got the message "System failure Plaese Try again"
Due to the System failure my facility was not deactivated by the Airtel and Airtel Deductes Rs. 14.99 every day from my account
I talked with the Executives of Customer Care for Refund against the uneven deduction from my a/c.
On 26th March they lodged my first complaint. But still i face the same problem Rs. 14.99 is deduct from my A/c. everyday.
Then I lodged the second complaint for refund on 1st April 2008 (Complaint No.[protected], the Executive said that deducted money will be brefund to me.
And on 5th April Customer Care said that still the Complaint is in process.
Again on 5th April I send a Mail to Airtel, They replied they will follow the Complaint.
BUT the Action is ZERO.
on 16th April 2008 I lodged a complaint by SMS (121) and
the Complaint No. was[protected]
BUt the deduction of Rs. 14.99 is not stopped. Everyday they cut the same money from my Account.

AirTel — Illegal deduction

Every day 2/- is deducted from my Account. I have not opted with any plan, so there should be no deduction. I have raised several complaints with Customer Service Department from last 4 months. Most of the time they claim that they don't have sufficient data, So I was told to call after few hours. Even when I produce the Reference No of the complaint & ask them about the status, they don't have any answer. Every time they register the complaint and promise me that it will be catered in next 48 hours. I don't know when there 48 hours will come.
Department of Telecom had ordered all the telecom service provider that they should give full talk time for prepaid customer for Talk up Voucher. But these providers cheat the customers with illegal deduction. Who will compenssate for the Call drop which is very frustating and loss to customers.

I hold airtel prepaid connection...my no is[protected]...6/7 months ago an sms came to my phone saying"Thanks for using (fusion lounge, multicontent pack)subscription service on airtel wap.you've been charged Rs-15"from 64611015...although i didn't use this service...not only this...this sms came to me every fortnight and Rs-15 is deducted...I called up customer care...They responded and promised to fix it...but did nothing...
I am Airtel customer for about 5 months. The useless fellows deducting Rs 30 many times for many reasons which I don't know. The claim its for this & that service which I am not at all subscribed. The bloodies send a message, I[censored] open it that's d end you will be deducted for that service. what bloody confirmation they ask even god doesn't know.
There is no proper way to stop that also. If you send a message to stop you will get another message to confirm & reply, I[censored] do that it never goes out of your mobile.
We our friends forming a club to file a case against them in the consumer court.Before that what is our TRAI doing to regulate this.

Airtel Services — unnecessarily astrology service have been deducted from my mobile

Airtel astrology service charged Rs10/- (Rupees Ten only)from my mobile twice or thrice in a month . an unsubscribe number has been given to me i.e.[protected] but, it is unrecognised number. unnecessarily i have been charged such amunt.
Sir, I have prepaid connecton of Bharti airtel NO [protected] in the name of my wife. This phone is being rarely used by her. All of a sudden I get messages that Rs 30/- have been deducted for enjoying games club. This had been happened 4 times. That means Rs.120 /- had been deducted. I do not understand that bharti airtel has become so poor and adopted such method to collect money by way o[censored]nfair mean due to share value is coming down day by day.
Similarily, in other case AIRTEL HAS CHARGED LATE FEE OF Rs 75/- from my phone no.[protected]. I used to deposit my regular post paid bill through icici credit card promptly Due to some despute, my bill of april Rs 530/- could not be paid intime and delayed for 2 days or so Airtel did not do any mistake to indicate late fee in the next bill. I want to ask question wheather service provider is prompt in giving service. I totally condeme the working of BHARTI AIRTEL.

i am madhu,i am a prepaid customer airtel mobile connection.the company has deducted my balance for sms ramayan portal service but i have not subscribe any ramayan portal sms service.they illegally done this.the company is so much fraud that when i called to customer care and told this they didnt speak to me and cut the line..
please take necessary steps.

My balance is deducted by activating different services on my airtel prepaid n.o-[protected] without informing me.The same problem is being faced by me and i hope by lots of customers for the last couple of months.When you call the customer care they behave like they are hatching eggs.It seems bharti is recruiting theives and crooks now a days to overcome their losses.So please help me and many others like me who are being harrassed by airtel.

AirTel — Illegal deduction from mobile

This pigs are busy in cheating people. They have illegaly deducted Rs 25 from my mobile phone.Please let my money be refunded.
Just before 15 min a deduction of Rs. 3 was made from my balance towards the use of DESITADKA service . Whereas this service was not at all opened or used on my mobile even then airtel has deducted this money which shows a clear cut cheating and harassment of consumer by Airtel network. I request Airtel to kindly transfer my deducted amount at the earliest otherwise i will complain in consumer forum for my case.

airtel is one of bad campany in india at one time this is the best but the worst . This company always try to deduct thier customer balance without any reason .my number is [protected] i activated the airtel 5rs internet plan in which they provide me 50 mb for one day i activated at 11pm and the i got the 50 mb n 5rs was also deducted suddenly i used 2 mb still 48 mb left in my account suddenly at 12 am 48 mb in my account was gone n when i checked there is zero mb left in my account and wordt part is i havent used the 48 m and my mail balance also gone is shows that u have .20 paise left in my main account it really sucks airtel day by day becomning thiefs . and also when i contact customer care they said plsss hold the call n just disconnected the call ... kindly plsss help me in this otherwise i have to tell all this to the media press i will not spare airtel

Airtel India — illegal balance deducted from my account

Dear Sir
My mobile no is [protected]; I am a customer of your network
since 2007-08,
And I have spent minimum Rs 300 per month (with internet pack) since
inception, so I think, I am a valuable customer to you.
But at present (today) you are deducted Rs 107 from my account. Today
I have contracted to your customer care no 198 at 09:00 am, but he can
not satisfy me.
the cause of reduce balance.......... is, I have download one
songs (5 mb) from a free loading web site(www.songs.pk) to my mobile
server but when I have download via mobile server in my pc(computer)
same things(song), then I have not any(main account balance) charge,
for your convenience I told you that, I have recharge Rs
98(internet pack) on 05/07/2011, & presently I have 1622 gprs balance,
beside then, I had downloaded many songs from same website(since
previous 1 or 2 years),then I have no charge from my main account
balance, it was reduce from my gprs balance.
But why it is possible to reduce my balance? Please mail
me or call me with this answer & back my account balance (Rs 107) as
early as possible otherwise you have loss a valuable customer, I shall
take shelter to mobile no portability service & join
Vodafone,idea,bsnl, or other service provider.

Airtel Services — illegal deduction of balance

i use an airtel no. [protected]. From last month, I am having problems with my airtel services. I get a message saying "you have been renewed for subscription service from airtel. you have been charged rs. 5." and then a get remaining balance message which say i have been deducted rs.5 from my balance. this happens every day and every rs. 5 gets deducted from my balance. how can that be when i DID NOT SUBSCRIBE ONLY. THIS IS VERY UNFAIR. then i tried another attempt like i went to the the unsubscription area to try that if there was a mistake. but then i get a msg saying that i have not subscribed to any such services. so when i didnt even subscribe, how could i be charged for that. i was a big fan of airtel till now. but now i feel air tel has become sooo pathetic. i feel sorry for these guys, they are so pathetic. and not even one fellow can give you a satisfied answer if you call them.
