[Resolved] Airtel India — my existing no and mobile cannot be used | |
hello sir, this is ganesh prabakar mobile connection no [protected], residing at chennai, using this number with moble since one and half years. Emplyoees who are working in airtel postpaid division contacted for one week and asked me to get postpaid connection. i said them that i am using airte-samsung combo back GID-A sim so that it is not possible to change new sim but he told me there is no problem as you are going to use airtel sim. so i belived that there was no probem. they got my id proof and photo also. Next day i phoned to that particular person regarding the activation he told me that the postpaid connection has been activated. but by using the new sim given by the airtel employee, i can not use my mobile also because the existing sim (gid-a sim which i got one and half years back ) barred and the moble will work with gid-a sim only i communicated to customer care they told me there is no problem wiht us. i approached airtel showroom tambarm they told me that we cannot do anything. i phoned to airtel person who gave me this connection told me that i will try my level best Was this information helpful? | |
