[Resolved]  Airtel India — customer care

i had recharged with Rs 555 and got the Rs.555 balance and when i subscribed for Mobile office internet service , i got a reply that my balance is too low to activate the service. 3 Rs were cut and my service wasnt activated. I tried subscribing two more times but got the same message and in all after spending 9 rs my service was'nt activated. I have been calling customer care from past three days but I think they are all dead!!My no is [protected]. Plz help me retrieve 9 rs back to my account.

airtel providing me 3g speed only upto 2-3kbps...
i had activated 3g pack of rs255(1gb) around july starting on my number [protected], and they are providing me oly 2kbps speed, sometimes not even connecting...i had complained to 121 3 times and these are reference numbers.
RMOAC[protected] registered on 08-jul-2013,

RMPTO[protected] registered on 13-jul-2013,

CMOUD[protected] registered on 22-jul-2013.

they told me that they will refund my amount, but not done so far...
now they are not even connecting my call to 121 care or anywhere from my number and other numbers i had called to complain...
really worst service from scrap AIRTEL...

Airtel has the most worst customer service ever. I have been facing a problem wherein I am not being able to send SMS to any number from my phone. The error message says "requested facilities are not implemented". After consistent and continual complaining also I have received no help till now.

The most audacious thing is that they will cut your call in between when they think they cant help you. I work in a sales role wherein clients often reply via a text message and I am not being able to reply back through my official number. Not only have I lost business because of this trouble but also incurred more a hundred rupees on just calling Air tel customer care.
It's been a month now since I am facing this problem.

Please do the needful immediately else I will be compelled to change networks.

[protected] number is fraud, he called and said he is from airtel (in hindi), how come he got to know that I have airtel and I an north indian settled in south india.
Then he asked me to enter my account number of bank saying that I won a lottery and 225000 will get credited in my account.when I refused to enter my account number he spoke nonsense.
I complaint to airtel they said do not give bank account details but we can not block this number for all others, which they should have as this guy is using airtels name.
Cybercrime branch also said till theft occurs we can not register a complaint, though they should have registered it to take action in advance.

Recently I am purchased Samsung Galaxy Tab A model. Airtel Free 2 GB 4G data per month for 2 months offer available with this model. Today I am already activated through airtellive.com/offers - activated successfully . After received the SMS it shows 2G Data & validity period 26-Dec-2015.

Sir, I have initially submitted all documents on 13th feb for porting my idea mob. no. [protected] to airtel but icancelled the porting on subequent working day on 15th feb and requested air tel agent SARA COMMUNICATION PUNE LOCATED NEAR MARKET YARD /GANGADHAM CHOWK PUNE-411037(THEIR MOB. NO. [protected]) TO CANCEL THE PORTING. I understand in the meanwhile verification process were completed and the documents sent to air tel. HOWEVER ACCEPTED MY REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION OF PORTING AND THEY HACE INTIMATE IN MAIL ABOUT MY INTENTION OF CANCELLATION
BASED ON THIS CANCELLATION I SUBMITTED FRESH DOCUMENTS FOR A NEW AIRTEL MOB. AND ACCORDINGLY I WAS GIVEN mob. no [protected] after due verification process.

Since today morning my idea mob. no.[protected] whics was ported on airtel and subsequently requested by Sara Communication to cancel the process was appear to have been ignored the mob. no has been ported to airtel

Since I already taken a new mobile no, air tel kindly cancel the porting of my idea mob. no.[protected] as i have certain balance on a/c og 3g etc
I have explained the above details to your cusTomer care in the afternoon
I request you canceL the porting of idea no. done on airtel and oblige .

interenet doesnt work properly from 1 mnth till now complaint may times but no effective action has been taken by the local authorities . bad service providers

Sir I am not getting incoming calls since from 15 days. We resubmitted documents once again but problem not solved I spend 4000 rupees for up n down to airtel office from my village. Who is goin to solve my problem
