[Resolved]  Airtel India — customer care

i had recharged with Rs 555 and got the Rs.555 balance and when i subscribed for Mobile office internet service , i got a reply that my balance is too low to activate the service. 3 Rs were cut and my service wasnt activated. I tried subscribing two more times but got the same message and in all after spending 9 rs my service was'nt activated. I have been calling customer care from past three days but I think they are all dead!!My no is [protected]. Plz help me retrieve 9 rs back to my account.

dear sir, mera mobile no [protected] hai sir mere account main jab bhi zayada balance se reacharge hota hai to koi na koi service apneaap activate ho jati hai aur agar customer care par call karen to kehten hain ki aapne activate ki hai

Airtel India — Airtel has Charged for GPRS but as a consumer I have not used it.

Hi,
I have corporate connection plan of airtel mobile services.Airtel has charged 3783.40 Rs. for GPRS services for the billing period of 05-Sep-2009 to 04-Oct-2009. I haven' t used this GPRS services in my mobile.As per airtel record they have activated GPRS services in my mobile on[protected] and stopped GPRS on[protected].
And as per our record sms by airtel GPRS services activated on[protected] and deactivated on[protected] then again requested for GPRS activation on[protected]By Phone call) and deactivated on[protected]By Phone call).After that I don' t have any record of SMS of GPRS activation in my mobile.As per Airtel record and mentioned in mobile bill also, I have made maximum download from 10-Sep-2009 to 26-Sep-2009 but, I have not used this service b/w this period.
I request you to please look in to this matter and resolve it as soon as possible. They have started torturing me for the payment of bill.
GPRS charged bill is attached in this complaint registration form.

Airtel — no response from customer care,non activation of service

I lost my mobile ans as a consequence the Airtel sim card also lost. Today i went to Airtel office (Bokaro Steel City),they informed me the same no. can be activated by paying INR 170 and the documents.Same submitted to them alongwith the money (Rs 170) at 1030 hrs and gave all the necessary information as asked,after which they informed me the no. will get activated by evening.
Its 2030 hrs and till now the no is not activated.
Then i tried to contact the customer care at [protected] but no response (earlier also i tried this no but again of no use,no response),then I called up West Bengal Airtel customer care ,they responded but they said as it is the case of bihar /jharkhand so he cannot do anything.

Airtel India — No. not working due to non submission of ducuments which are alrady submitted

Hi,

This complaint is regarding my phone no. [protected]. I got this phone no. converted from postpaid to prepaid, at your outlet in Rohini Sector - 7 New Delhi a week ago. It was working fine a week ago but suddenly today i got a SMS saying that my prepaid enrollment form has not been submited and now i try to make a call from this no. to any other no. it says that the no. i m dialing does not exist even if i try to contact the customer care department on 121 i get the same recording. And if someone tries to call me on my no. it gives a message that the incoming call facility to this no. is currently not available. I spoke to your customer care department and i was really frustrated at by the answer that i got when i asked them the reason Why my no. is not working they told me that i have not submitted my doccuments thats why no. has been blocked and when i asked him how can a no. be started without submiting the doccuments and then he said that sir its a policy we can start the new no. without actually submitting the documents but later on you have to submit them after that my question was is it leagall to do that and the represetative replied that yes sir its legal to do that, whereas in my opinion its not legall to start a no. without submitting the documents, i would request you to please look after the issue as soon as possible as i will not submit my documents once again and yes if i am required to i would like to know where are my documents which i submitted earlier as i dont want them to be misused and also would like you to coordinate with your sevice center where i submitted my doccuments.

Airtel Delhi — Satisfactory customer care services in case of billing

Dear Sir/Madam

I am post paid customer of Aiertel Delhi and I want the paper bill from them on each billing date of the month so that i can pay my bill within the due date.

They have changed my billing media from paper bill to ebill and despite my total 12 complaints in last three month to their customer care, the problem has not been solved by them. I am not getting my bill on time consequently I am forced to pay additional amount as a fine which is imposed by them to pay the bills after due date.

Your intervention is kindly needed to resolve above issue.

Hello Sir,

My Airtel mobile number is [protected]. Many times, I have raised concern to Airtel customer care, not to activate any service without getting confirmation from user. But, they always activate different kind of services on my mobile and start deducting money for those services. Whenever, I have raised concern to Airtel customer care, they were in their typical sentence "Sorry for inconvenience Sir, your services will be deactivated in few hours and we will take care not to activate any services without your permission ". I am totally frustrated with this. Please help me out from this situation.

TODAY I RECEIVED A MSG THAT I WILL BE CHARGED RS.5 FOR EXTENSION OF MISSU5 AND THAT I HAVE TO SEND SMS IF I DO NOT WANT THIS SERVICE MISSU5. FIRST OF ALL AIRTEL CAN CHARGE ME ONLY IF I ASK FOR MISSU5. THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY CONDITION THAT I WILL BE CHARGED OF MISSU5, UNTILL I UNSUBCRIBE. THIS IS AGAINST THE INTEREST OF THE CONSUMBER. we would like to inform you that we have been granted by air tel agent who has collect payment of the bill has confirmed from delhi office and provided us waiver off amount of rs. 624 and after that in next bill that amount is keep on coming in each bills we have complaint in our nearest customer care office in manimajra mrs.depika but have not got any response from office today one more agent came to collect money we told him the story he was paying sorry but that is not an answer kindly let us know what to do on the given recipt of the agent he wrote and sign the document also even i have faxed that copy to customer care to mrs.depika in manimajra.
we will appriciate if this matter will be resolved.

I have a airtel prepaid no.[protected]. suddenly the services had been barred when Rs 125 is in the credit. when checked the balance is there in the dedicated account 4 but the line has been barred.
when i tried to contact them through [protected] the irritating recorded voice repeatedly says it is not a valid no. moreover even if you contact through other phone, like land line there is no provision to contact the airtel officials except this no going on blabbering about more schemes to cheat the public. how could a prepaid customer having balance face a emergency situation of sudden barring of an account without notice. moreover the sim card has validity for more than six month under the scheme. when will the airtel become user friendly instead of exploting them. vasudevan. editor (pol)

This in regards to the airtel connection which i was having from the past 8 yrs bearing the no: +91 [protected].

Im writing this email with great anguish that airtel being a brand image and apart from one of the best service provider in the telecom industry have a derogatory team of collections.

I have agreed to pay my oustanding amount in parts but that didn t seem to be understood by one of your 3rd party collection team.

This gentleman called Mr Sampath has been harassing me and my family with treating calls just to liquify the credit. This is a very unfair means and might invite some legal action. Calls have be been made time and again to my mother who is a heart patient.

If this is the way airtel reverts back then i will be forced to file a litigation in the consumer court and if this sounds an alarming concern then plz arrange a call back from the person who has a authority to decide and settle this issue immediately

this is airtel's old funda whenever they do such mistakes & you call them again & again for solution suddenly you come to kno that you can't communicate with Customer care executive.
they block you & can't do anything.

This is original face of our customer care they care for company not for customer.

you have only one option forget that topic.
forget your harassment.
there is no alternate.
I purchased a prepaid sim only for net usage.
activated Rs 20/day plan mobile office suddenly when i woke up in a morning i saw approx. Rs 140 deducted from my account i called c.c & told the prob. first c.c exec. was a girl she said we will refund in an hr. & disconnect the call instantly.
i again called c.c to confirm, second person said there is no info. about this on system.
i again request him it is not a matter of 130 rs but it can happen again kindly solve this prob. he told me talk to his senior & She said ok we will send your request & 99.9 % you will get your money back. she also give me a request no.
when i didn't get money back, i tried to call c.c just want to confirm, but they block me & till date (after a month) i can't call airtel c.c from my no.
Now i trying forget that story.

I want to say sorry to airtel.
Sorry i use your connection. Please forgive me.
I need to talk to c.c regarding some other plans.
Please unblock me.
Always i have to call from my another Reliance no. they charge me to call their competitor from their phone.

Airtel India — surrender of the number

to whom it may concern
i have requested airtel customer care twice to surrender my connection with the following date n request no.

11.03.[protected]

but the needful is still not done. so i request you to look over it as soon as possible.
I have a prepaid connection, My mobile no. is [protected]. From today morning onwards this no is not functioning. If some body calls, the message "the phone was switched off" has come.
Kindly let me know, why it has happened?
Pl. check it and do the needful at the earliest.
