Airtel - Internet Connection — Bill money recovery "Goondais " method followed.

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

Dear Sir/Madam,

As per the mail I received for Airtel, have replied. Please I need to know if there are any forum which will listen to consumer grievances. The way Email is sent, is nothing but "Goondaism", rollcall for money, etc. Though I had clearly stated to disconnect the connection at the very moment my internet tariff plan was changed without my knowledge. The same was not carried-out & now the concerned persons have started blackmailing me. After me telling to disconnect the connection, still the bill for usage kept on coming. I really don't understand when I have not used the internet how come I am charged for the same. Please I need some stringent action to be taken against these peoples. Otherwise they will never stop exploiting consumers.

To whom it may concern
All these days were U people sleeping. How many days have passed me telling to disconnect the connection & collect your belongings? Do people ever know what kind of harassment I got from your people? Now U come with a threatening mail saying "will force us to initiate further course of action to recover the said dues." The same communication I will forward to the customer grievance cell (Complaint cell/court) & let me see what action the respected persons will take. I will definitely want u people to come to the court & face the proceedings. Please consider the above said words seriously as I mean it. Will sue you people for what all the problem I had met.

1.) Without my consent changing plan at your will for 799 @ 512 kpbs unlimited to 999 (approx) @ 512 kpbs with a cap of 10 GB & after that 256 Kpbs for the rest of month.
2.) After requesting for technical related problems none of your person came to my rescue.
3.) Twice or thrice I have to hear mouthful of words from your call centre persons.
4.) After confirming to disconnect the connection in the month of JAN or FEB 2012, still today none of them came & took the instruments provided for internet connection. Will charge U people for the safe keeping of your belongings.

From what do you people think that by threatening customers by your words & sending recovery agent people will get angry. With the mail copy U people have sent I will register an complaint in the police station & the necessary forum. Without fail I will sue U people for the harassment meted towards me by persons employed by Airtel.
