Airtel Internet — Frequent Disconnection | |
If some one from Airtel is still reading this forum, in short YOU GUYS SUCK. Airtel stopped giving proper service from last 1 year. That's what I noticed at least in 6 years relation with Airtel. I have raised 3 complaints in the last 1 month for the same problem and all the time I get call saying its rectified and the problem starts again in 1 day. I am fed up calling Customer Care and raising complaint. But this has reached to extreme from last 3 days. So I thought of monitoring the Connection status from Modem Admin page. The data can be seen in the excel sheet here http://sdrv.ms/1dQNPfK. When I monitored from 9PM to 2AM today, I see many disconnections, on average at least 5 to 10mins disconnection per 30mins.
I raised a complaint again today[protected] regarding the same issue. But this time I have decided that this will be my last complaint. If I face problem again after this, either I will not be paying the bill or need written statement that Airtel can not provide good service and then I will disconnect my connection.
The only reason I stay with Airtel is because my Company's VPN works good with Airtel. But now I have to find some other alternative. Was this information helpful? | |
