internet gprs

Hi
this is kadir khan
I am using an Airtel number 9826969734.
Also I access GPRS on the same number.
I am using Rs.98/- monthly plan ( 2 GB ) download.
to solve the query.airtel gprs is very poor serfing and downloading.
please solve my problrm.

to solve the query.airtel gprs is very poor surfing and
downloading speed is 2 to 3 kbps
please solve my problem.
