Airtel — Disconnection of SIM after submission of documents | |||
Sir, This is Tanmoy Sanyal. My mother Dalia Sanyal has been using an airtel connection since 2006 bearing number [protected]. She was asked to resubmit the documents. Her SIM has been deactivated from yesterday even though the documents were submitted 4 days earlier. Now whenever I am calling the customer care, the call is being diverting to a computerised responding system which is asking me to confirm the documents by pressing 1. After doing so the system tells that the sim will be activated within 2 hours, but this 2 hours has not yet come in 2 days. Now the situation has become quite an insulting and harrassing one.
