[Resolved]  Airtel — defected set top box installed in new connection

my name is amit verma i purchased new connection of airtel dth on 14th march 2010 my customer id is [protected] on 15th dth was installed at my home and it was not working properly i told to engineer manish abt this who came to install he said i will replace it tomorrow but he did not come so i complained on 12150 abt this two times 1st time thing happened and i got a message your problem has been solved frrom our side but problem was same so i complaint again the mr. mohit came and replaced set top box but that was also not working properly and main thing is that that is second hand and repaired set top box when i m calling mr. ravi on [protected] and asking him to replace it and install new set top box because its my new connection so he ie saying you will not get new set top box in any condition.............
